The Ormož Mountain Trail is intended to travellers who like nature, exercise, beautiful views, and Prlekija’s marvelous hills, fields, meadows, forests and openhearted people.
We recommend that hikers visit the permanent “Ormož through the Centuries” exhibition at the castle.
The “Ormož and Surroundings” guide and a booklet with descriptions of all the trails and a place for stamps are available from the Mountaineering Association.
The Slovene section of the European E7 Footpath (Atlantic-Black Sea) also leads across the Municipality of Ormož.
