Trip to tourist village Halonga
(The excursion must be arranged in advance at the TIC-Tourist Information Centre Haloze, Halo, d. o. o.)
At 11.00 we will receive the visitors at the parking lot at the municipality offices in the town of Videm pri Ptuju, then we will enter the tourist village of Halonga, where you will have refreshments of a Haloze snack. We will visit one of the farms that deals with goat breeding, sheep breeding, beekeeping, wine growing, accommodation or bread baking. Then we will view the Church of St. Barbara at Cirkulane, where you will be able to buy souvenirs. We will visit one of the numerous wine cellars of Haloze, where we will try some top quality Haloze wines, and you will also be able to buy bottled wines. Then a visit to Borl Castle from the 11th century will follow and at 16.00 we will be refreshed at a tourist farm with a late lunch.
Price of the excursion per person: 27,20 € (20 persons), 24,50 € (30 persons), 23,00 € (40 persons), 22,10 € (50 persons). The price includes the entrance fees and visits on the programme, snacks, wine tasting of top quality Haloze wines (5 samples), lunch, a tour guide and carrying out the programme.
For an additional charge we can arrange tambour players and an accordion player at lunch and upon request the package can include a souvenir, a bottle of wine, etc.
Transportation is not included in the price and is to be organised by the client, though we can also make such arrangements for a fee. We ask that you confirm the programme with a registration form (you must state the excursion code: 2th03e005_07) on fax no.: 00 386 2 795 32 03.
The programme can be changed due to the requirements of the orderer. We reserve the right to change the order of the visits because of providers’ schedules or circumstances beyond our control.

Slovenia is a country that surprises visitors with its unspoilt countryside and versatile scenery in a small geographical region, while the uniqueness of a Slovenia travel often consists in the rich tourist offer.
